Pricing
You set the price. We believe our clients should never pay more, or we take
less than the service is worth. We know our side of the equation, but don’t
know yours. After as many demos as you need and several conversations, we ask
that you think of the following:
- How much value can you bring back into the system through operational and
process efficiency? (e.g., for a 10%-20%-30% efficiency on 10 fully loaded
employees, how much value is brought back into the system annually that can
be applied to more worthy work?)
- How much value can you put on risk mitigation by knowing the work and
getting to the work methodically, systematically, and efficiently?
- How much value can you put on a centralized data hub and what intelligence
can you pull from it?
- How can the data be better or more effectively used to support your
funding and reporting needs?
- How much value can you put on the intangibles? What is a more satisfied
and engaged citizenry worth to you?
- Plus much more.
With the above in mind, come back to us with your max user count and annual
outlay (i.e., the service’s worth to you,) and we’ll either except or kindly decline.
(Note: We have an annual subscription price and a credit system for micro-payments.
Credits are non-negotiable, the rest is up to you. You should be comfortable with the price
and know your world better than us.)
Our Referal Program
We created our solution for our community as part of giving back. If a community
member wishes to be part of the Fixit Team and help out, we offer the following:
- Make a formal introduction by way of a three-way email (i.e., You, The Client, and Us)
which serves to start the six month clock (“The Email”)
- Actively help push us towards product demonstrations and a close, again by way of
three-way emails to show your participation (“Your Efforts”)
- We must sign a contract and get paid within the six month period from The Email
(“The Contract”)
- Only “The Email”, “Your Efforts”, and “The Contract” together qualify you. However,
the client must stay with us for at least six months.
- Six months after client payment date, you submit an IRS W-9, and we will send you
a check for One Thousand Dollars ($1000.) Each additional referral goes up by
Five Hundred Dollars ($500,) but never to exceed 5% of "The Contract."
(Note: “Self-Referrals” through having a “friend” write that email and play the
part is highly unethical. Just Saying!)
